Synopsis

Set in the 1960's, Joe Yabuki (Tomohisa Yamashita) lives in a run-down low income ara. There, alcholic ex-boxer Danpei Tange (Teruyuki Kagawa) notices Joe Yabuki's talents as a boxer. But then, Joe gets into trouble and is sentenced into the youth detention center. In the youth detention center, Joe gets into a brawl and then is knocked out by Toru Rikiishi (Yusuke Iseya) who is a champion caliber professional boxer.
While incarcerated, Joe gets special training from Danpei Tange through letters. Upon Joe's release, he quickly becomes an elite boxer and famous for a devastating cross counter. Meanwhile, Toru Rikiishi is also released from prison and quickly resumes his boxing career. Toru finally gets his shot at the world championship belt, but before that, Toru wants a match with Joe Yabuki. The two men enter the ring...

Di luar perkiraan, episode special ini bukannya mengisahkan tentang  perjalanan murid-murid Ohsaka Gakuen ke Amerika seperti banyaknya rumor yang beredar, melainkan kisah yang terjadi di antara episode ke 7 dan ke 8 dari versi series nya (oleh karena itu disebut episode 7.5) serta adegan kelulusan dari murid tingkat III.

Sudah setengah tahun Ashiya pulang ke rumahnya di Amerika. Anak-anak murid Ohsaka Gakuen sedang sibuk mempersiapkan pesta kelulusan. Selain itu mereka juga sedang mempersiapkan pesta menyambut Valentine. Seperti biasa di Ohsaka Gakuen yang sangat tergila-gila dengan kompetisi, di Valentine kali ini pun mereka berkompetisi siapa yang mendapatkan coklat terbanyak.

Dalam ajang kompetisi itu muncul pertanyaan dalam diri Nakatsu, sejak kapan Sano mulai jatuh cinta pada Ashiya, dari pertanyaan itulah cerita berkilas balik pada episode 7 dimana Sano meminta Ashiya untuk tidak kembali ke Amerika walaupun dia sudah berhasil melompat. Dan hari-hari sekolah yang ceria serta penuh dengan kompetisi itu pun kembali berulang.

Seraya melakukan aksinya, Mamiya sempat menuduh penguasa wilayah Akashi; Naritsugu Matsudaira (Inagaki) melakukan tindak kejahatan seperti pembunuhan dan pemerkosaan.

Adapun, Matsudaira sendiri; yang berstatus sebagai adik kandung Shogun bernama Ieyoshi, akan bergelar Roju pada tahun berikutnya. Klan Shogun yang mendengar peristiwa itu merasa terusik dengan kasus itu dan yakin bahwa pemimpin Akashi itu merupakan ancaman serius bagi stabilitas dan kedamaian negeri. Sinopsis:

Remote pendingin ruangan tersiram minuman dan terjadi konslet yang mengakibatkan tidak bisa digunakan. Akhirnya, sepanjang musim panas itu mereka harus melewatinya tanpa pendingin ruangan.

Lagi-lagi keanehan terjadi, seorang pria tiba-tiba muncul di ruangan mereka tanpa diketahui darimana dia datang. Pria itu muncul dengan menitipkan sebuah alat yang menurutnya adalah mesin waktu. Storyline English
Maho Minami (Shiori Kutsuna) returns to Japan after studying in New York. Her half brother Ryusuke Minami (Hiro Mizushima) is an ultra talented guitarist. Maho & Ryosuke then meet Koyuki (Takeru Sato ), a fellow young teen whom Maho takes interest in. Soon enough, Ryosuke and Koyuki form a 5 piece rock band named “Beck,” while Maho and Koyuki become involved in a romantic relationship.

The band starts to play live shows and grow an enthusiastic following. The release of their debut CD helps to further the band’s popularity. People start to notice Koyuki. The band then endures a producer’s planned conspiracy and other hardships. Beck then receives an offer to play at a rock festival, but with the unusual stipulation that the band may have to dissolve …

Versi live action BECK akan mengangkat cerita sesuai di manga n anime, Koyuki (Takeru Sato) yg bosan dgn kehidupan SMA yg biasa2 aja berubah sejak bertemu Ryusuke Minami (Hiro Mizushima), darinya ia mulai belajar bermain gitar dan akhirnya membentuk band bernama BECK (terinspirasi dr anjing peliharaan Ryusuke), band yg beranggotakan vokalis utama Chiba (Kenta Kiritani), gitar bass Taira (Osamu Mukai) dan drummer Saku (Aoi Nakamura) mulai meraih sukses sejalan dgn talenta yg mereka miliki, serta kehidupan Koyuki yg berubah setelah bertemu dgn adik Ryusuke, Mahou Minami (Shiori Kutsuna).

BECK kali ini menampilkan dua mantan Kamen Rider yang berperan sebagai aktor utamanya. Yang pertama adalah Mizushima Hiro sang pemeran Kamen Rider Kabuto sebagai Ryuusuke aka Ray, leader merangkap gitaris utama BECK. Karakter Ryuusuke yang lama tinggal di Amerika dan fasih berbahasa Inggris cukup membuatku khawatir dengan nominasi beberapa aktornya. Ketika Mizushima terpilih, paling tidak adegan dialog dalam bahasa Inggris tidak akan menjadi masalah (baca: japanese engrish pronunciation) mengingat Mizushima fasih berbahasa Inggris akibat dirinya cukup lama tinggal di luar negeri.

Aktor utama kedua adalah Satoh Takeru , si Kamen Rider Den-O yang didapuk sebagai Koyuki, anggota baru Beck dibelakang rythm guitar plus second vocalist. Peran Koyuki yang streotip mirip dengan karakter Nogami Ryotaro dalam Kamen Rider Den-O sepertinya tak akan sulit dibawakan Satoh. Fokus cerita sepertinya akan lebih mengarah ke karakter Ryuusuke dibandingkan Koyuki.

Storyline
Sae (Yui Aragaki) is a high school student who is studying hard for her college entrance exams.
